I am a Senior Specialist, Learning and Development at Organon, on the team behind ORacLe — the company-wide digital library. I find, curate, and deliver regulatory intelligence and documentation for researchers across the organization, and I keep the library's systems, tools, and guides working for the people who depend on them.
Organon's company-wide digital library — the platform and collection service behind it: regulatory intelligence and documentation, curated and delivered for researchers across the entire organization.
A journal lookup tool I built in-house so the team did not need to purchase a product from an external vendor — it avoided $10,000+ in vendor cost and keeps saving the team time and money on lookups.
The ongoing service that sources and delivers articles, regulatory documents, and intelligence for research teams — including assisting research teams with the literature behind their systematic reviews.
Design study — a concept, not a shipped product. A researcher asks in plain language; the assistant searches the library collection, assembles a reading pack with full source citations, and flags relevant regulatory changes — with a librarian verifying everything before delivery.
I work from the researcher's question backwards: what do they need, how fast, and from which trusted source? That means actively curating the collection, keeping the systems behind it easy to access, and doing the outreach — training, posts, and direct contact — so people actually know what the library can do for them.
