The Service
Research teams run on evidence. When a team needs an article, a regulatory document, or a piece of intelligence, the library finds it, curates it, and delivers it. That is a standing part of my role on the ORacLe team: finding, curating, and delivering regulatory intelligence and documentation for researchers across the organization, drawn from the library's collection.
What Gets Delivered
Articles
Journal literature sourced and delivered for research teams — the everyday requests that keep projects moving.
Regulatory documents
Regulatory documentation researchers need, located within the library's collection and delivered to the team asking.
Regulatory intelligence
Curated intelligence — not raw search results — selected for the researchers who need to act on it.
Systematic review support
Assisting research teams with systematic reviews — sourcing and delivering literature at the volume a review demands, where completeness matters and the work goes far beyond one-off lookups.
How It Connects
Delivery is only as good as the collection and systems behind it. The same role that delivers literature also curates the ORacLe collection, optimizes the library's regulatory information systems and databases, and curates information for the Ignite Hub SharePoint site — so what researchers receive comes from a collection that is actively maintained, not just searched.
Outcomes
Researchers stay researching
Sourcing and delivery handled by the library means research teams spend their time on the evidence, not on hunting it down.
Support that scales
From a single article to the full literature base behind a systematic review, the service scales to what the research needs — sustained support across a project, not just one-off requests.
